This article presents a diagnostic survey and load-bearing capacity calculation of a masonry arch bridge structure with reinforced concrete shotcrete, specifically the viaduct near Bohušovice nad Ohří. The visual inspection revealed local leaks, degraded masonry, and cracked shotcrete. The diagnostic survey determined layer thicknesses and material parameters of the masonry and shotcrete. Destructive probes were used to confirm the shotcrete reinforcement layout. Anonlinear numerical model was developed in the ATENA software using volume elements. The structure was assessed for both the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state, in two variants – with and without shotcrete. The results confirm that the existing shotcrete layer has a positive effect on stress distribution. Additionally, the ultimate limit state was verified using LimitState:RING software, yielding a loadbearing capacity of ZLM71 = 1.41. Based on the analysis, waterproofing replacement is recommended within the next ten years to prevent ongoing moisture-induced degradation of the masonry.
