Utilization of Selected Methods of Managerial Economics in Aviation Companies

The article is focused on the areas of management in aviation companies by way of applying selected methods of managerial economics, applicable under the constantly changing conditions entailing high level of risks. Attention is paid separately to the characterizing the external environment, applying the systems-based views, balance sheet analysis and controlling. The core of the publication is on selected methods representing the pillars of company economics and can be adapted by managers with purely technical background.References
