Abstract

In recent years a new term of Safety Management System (SMS) has been introduced into aviation legislation. This system is being adopted by airline operators. One of the groundbased actors of everyday operations is Operations Control Centre (OCC). The goal of this article has been to identify and assess risks and dangers which occur at OCC and create a template for OCC implementation into SMS.
